A verified record is the job agreed in writing before it starts - scope, price and dates, signed by both sides. Once it's signed, neither side can change it, fake it, or claim it said something else.
Reviews come later, and only from a job you both signed - so there's nothing fake to plant and nothing honest to erase. Both sides review each other, and neither sees the other's until both are in.

So we built the thing we'd have wanted ourselves - a record both sides sign, and reviews that only come from jobs that actually happened.
Built so neither side can fake it.
Not a rule we're asking people to follow - it's how it's made.
